June 13 - Science for the People Monthly Trash Pick Up and Analysis

This is a great way to start your day with a little stretching on the beach, connect with your neighbors and leave the world a little better than when you found it!

For the past nine years locals have gathered together at Mar Azul to protect the near-shore environment!

Folks will meet on the beach to pick up trash, then gather and sort the trash according to various categories to provide Omar with data on his long-term trash study. Rubber gloves and buckets for trash collection will be provided.

The meeting point will be at the beach end of Calle Caracol in Marazul Camp (see map below)
